In the spirit of the Kwanzaa principle Ujamaa (co-operative economics), the National Black United Front (NBUF) Jersey City Chapter will be having its’ quarterly Ujamaa Work-shop. The Ujamaa Workshop is a free economic development seminar for high school students.
Topics will include:

*OPENING & MAINTAINING A BANK ACCOUNT
The Ujamaa Workshop will take place over a four week period, at 11 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. on the Saturdays of April 6th, 13th, & 20th. There will be a closing ceremony on April 27th 2002 at 1 p.m. The location for all events will be at the African American Historical Society Museum (2nd floor of Greenville Library) 1841 JFK Blvd. Jersey City NJ 07305. Registration will be open until April 1st & it is limited. One can register by contacting NBUF at the information below. Parents are encouraged to participate.
